LULU

Elisa Leonelli was cast by San Francisco artist Ronald Chase in the experimental film LULU (1978) based on the plays by Frank Wedekind Earth Spirit (1892) and Pandora’s Box (1904) that also inspired the 1937 opera by Alban Berg Lulu and the 1929 silent classic by G. W. Pabst, Pandora’s Box with Louise Brooks.
